Parenting is a rewarding journey with plenty of ups and downs along the way. Between juggling the demands of everyday life and looking after everybody else’s needs, self-care so often goes to the bottom of our lists. Yet taking the time to look after ourselves and nurture our own well-being is vital, as doing so can help us to feel energised and replenished, so that we can face everyday challenges and stressors. When we prioritise our own well-being, this can ripple out into family life in so many positive ways. This webinar will present practical ideas and suggestions for self-care and well-being from the field of Positive Psychology.
